Using the Intuitive Eating approach, I help you quit dieting and re-connect to your body’s natural hunger, fullness and satisfaction cues. You’ll learn how to trust your food choices, worry less about food and enjoy eating again!

What To Expect

A Sneak Peak Inside Your Intuitive Eating Experience

Initial Session

60 minutes

Our first appointment together is a chance for us to get to know each other better. We’ll start by discussing your health history and lifestyle so I can learn as much as possible to help you and we’ll explore your goals for nutrition counselling. Your needs are my top priority, so we’ll define our starting point for follow-up sessions based on the changes you want to make. Together we’ll establish a plan moving forward.

Follow Up Sessions

45 minutes

Our follow-up sessions are more than a “quick check-in”—they are where a bulk of the work takes place. I’ll guide you through the principles of Intuitive Eating, helping you build skills such as hunger and fullness awareness. We reflect on your progress towards your short and long-term goals and I provide additional tools to help you along the way.

Additional Support

I want you to feel as supported as possible, so you’ll receive an email summary after every session, and also a quick check-in from me between sessions. You have access to me for any question or concern between sessions so that you feel supported throughout our time together.

Flexible & Tailored

You are the expert of your body and you are in charge of your experience. Our time together is your space to learn to eat intuitively at a pace that is right for you. My role is to guide you on your Intuitive Eating journey. Meet in-person at our beautiful practice in central Basel, or virtually. Choose how often you want to meet, whether it’s weekly for consistent support, or every other week so that you have more time to practice your new skills.
